DHLi guides you through three easy-to-use modules, saving key information and making suggestions for the next steps. Perfectly adapted for international staff, the tool is available in 12 languages.

Book module is ideal for customers with regular shipments to the same client or destination. Enter your product information, attach any documents for the consignee and select details such as pre-alerts, service options and documentation requirements.

You can save the booking as a template, allowing for easy access and repeat of information next time. Once the shipment is confirmed, just print the house bill, labels and manifest. It’s all there online!

Track module allows you to follow shipments by air or ocean, as well as U.S. domestic shipments. Air shipments are updated in real-time, while ocean shipments are updated throughout the day.

Again, these details are secure and confidential.

Report module lets you create ad-hoc activity reports and individual templates, or simply use the standard reports. Here’s where DHLi’s customization really shines: You can save details in your Report Account profile and modify at any time.
